30p with a 30-minute lunch - Job Setting:
Care Facility - Types of Cases:
Standard Primary Care - Credentialing Timeframe:
30-45days - Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine required
- Active Illinois state license required
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA & IL CSR) certification required
