Cook I (Upward Mobility Target Title)

Description of Duties/Essential Functions Benefits Supplemental Questions
Participates in cooking and preparing foods and beverages; operates standard cooking equipment and makes minor adjustments as needed; assists in receiving, handling and storage of food items; assists in the cleaning of the kitchen, storerooms and refrigerators to maintain proper health, sanitary and safety conditions.
Minimum Requirements:Requires six months of cooking experience or completion of an approved training course which has provided working knowledge of food preparation and cooking methods on a large scale basis; requires elementary knowledge of health and safety requirements of a large scale food service.

05:30 am-1:30 pm/8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
