Cultivation Technician

Company Description
PharmaCann, LLC builds and operates best-in-class production facilities and retail dispensaries for marijuana-based products. We currently operate in the states of Illinois, New York, Massachusetts and Maryland as a medical cannabis provider to qualifying patients with three production facilities and nine dispensaries. As we continue to expand, we will become a national provider of both medical cannabis and adult-use products. Job Description
The Cultivation Technician is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from seedling to harvest and will support the Director of Cultivation in the production of top-quality medical cannabis. Essential functions include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for planting, trimming, watering and pruning plants;
Maintain the cleanliness of growing areas and assist in monitoring and documenting plant growth.
High School diploma/GED
Commercial growing experience in a larger scale operation such as horticulture, indoor horticulture, agriculture, botany required. Previous experience in a production environment highly preferred.
State law requires that applicants be 21 years old and over.
Competencies/Additional Requirements include:
Attention to detail.
Ability to take and record accurate plant data by utilizing Excel and MS Office.
Ensure compliance with all State and Company regulations .

Maintain clean growing environment.
Work well independently and with small teams.
Willingness to learn.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
