The rotors move smoothly and all 4 tuning slides move freely. A few braces and joints have been resoldered. It has dents and finish wear as pictured. No Mouthpiece. The case is ugly too with tape repairs on one side. This instrument has not been cleaned. Shipping will be via UPS Ground to your Street Address. 12.2/15

1 of the tires has good tread, the other 3 have poor tread. They can be used as a "spare" tire for emergencies, or you can mount your winter tires on the rims in time for winter instead of having to pay each time you have your mechanic mounts or removes your snow tires. $30 for the wheel with good tread, $15 each for the others, or $60 for all 4....
